Name: Walter Sullivan
Age: Appears to be 24 years of age, which is what he was when he first died.
Gender: Male
Race: Ghost
Appearance:
He wears a long, blue coat that goes down to his thighs and a pair of beige dress pants. The jacket has a zipper that extends from the very bottom of his jacket to the very tip of his collar. There is also a button around his neck should he have the desire to do up his article of clothing completely. Its collar is always turned up, as its design intended, and his coat is usually zipped up to just below the base of his neck, a large amount of the bottom is, however, randomly open or zipped, depending on the situation or how he feels. His shoes are black though beginning to fade to more of a dark gray, as well as being coated in blood.
He has dirty blond hair that appears to be brown in certain types of light and stubble that covers his upper lip, chin, and jaw. Walter's hair is a little long, growing past his chin and its ends just manage to graze his shoulders. He's somewhat tall and has a between average and strong body type, meaning he has some slight muscle from fighting with his victims and moving around so much. It's hard to tell he has any sort of muscle because of his coat, most people only learn of his strength when he's holding them down… at which point it's already too late for them. The male's skin is sometimes covered in dirt and, at times, splattered with blood from an unknown source.
His expression is almost always disturbingly calm. He will close to always have a soft smile playing on his lips, sort of like one gives to another when trying to comfort them. It is unclear to others if he only ever feels calm and never anything else. Walter does, in fact, have other emotions… he just doesn't display them particularly well. Perhaps it is a form of stoicism, maybe he just doesn't think to shift his features. Whatever the case he can feel anything a living human being can-- if, that is, he can get past the labyrinth of unstable thoughts.
Personality: He seems to be relentlessly calm or content about something. The almost constant soft smile on his lips makes one wonder what's going through his dark twisted mind.
The man is ridiculously calm. Even in the most out-of-hand, terrifying, strangest situations he remains perfectly tranquil. There might be a time every once in a while where this mask breaks and he feels something else but that would be a very rare event. He tends to make relaxed, slow, smooth movements when alone or non-hostile. However if he wants someone dead he's not a bad runner, he can be quite the fast one without having to stop for quite a while. Not only that but he has moderate strength on his side; enough to overpower most victims and pull them into their demise.
Walter is very sadistic. He absolutely loves torturing his victims both physically and mentally as much as possible before actually ending their lives. The serial killer will often choose the slowest way to kill someone or, sometimes, completely mutilate him or her by the end of it. Blood does not disturb him one bit, he ignores it as if it were simply water coating his body and running down his face. He can make a weapon or confinement chamber out of pretty much anything so it is highly advised you stay out of his grasp.
The fact he is a ghost does not stop the creatures/monsters/demons/other ghosts of Silent Hill from attacking him. He can still take damage and, in a way, be killed. So on rare occasions one might notice the man fighting off monsters or, if they are passive and he feels restless, executing them for his own amusement.
He doesn't talk much; he's a very quiet person. He's not shy at all, obviously, and is a very solitary man. He spends most of his time alone or stalking/tormenting other people and monsters.
Strengths: + Pretty Fast Runner + Good Endurance + Moderate Strength + Can Make Weapons Out Of Anything + Can Make A Confinement Chamber Out Of Almost Anything
Weaknesses: - Not Very Good Agility, Especially At Top Speeds - Being So Sadistic Gives His Victims More Time To Escape - He has trouble understanding the attachment others feel towards each other. The only 'love' he's ever felt was for his 'mother,' Room 302. - He is mentally unstable, in other words, he's completely insane. This can be seen as either a weakness or a strength, seeing as it adds to his ability to kill mercilessly. It is believed that he has no innocents left, having separated that part from himself long ago, creating the little boy version of himself. Because of this fact those who know of him fear or hate him automatically. However, since being defeated by Henry he might have merged with a part of the small version of himself when the young Walter faded away. Who knows...
Sexual Preference: Unknown. ((Bisexual, I guess? Seeing as I make all my characters bi. ^^)
Other: He has never felt an attachment to anyone, never made a single friend. Let alone had a romantic attachment. Because of this fact it is unknown if it's even possible for him or what would happen if it was.
Canon Character?: Yes, Walter Sullivan is a canon character from 'Silent Hill 4: The Room.'
RP Sample: ((My [old] post from an advanced [and dead] Harry Potter roleplay, which is why it's so long.)) The Leaky Cauldron, a somewhat family place. To his knowledge there was to be no violence inside. What was the point? Did they think just because they closed themselves off from the real world that everything would stop? Did they really believe that everything that was wrong in the world would come to an end just because this was a family place? No, of course not. They just wanted a nice, friendly place where people could spend time with their relatives and friends without the worry of the rest of the world for a few hours.
Alex had a hard time understanding why people bothered with each other. It was true that he once loved his family but that was a long, long time ago. That had all gone now, like a powerful, raging waterfall had washed it all away, never to be felt again. He didn't care and he didn't know if he'd ever care again. The past was pointless; there was no need to think about it because if you did you couldn't move forward. Look ahead. Always look ahead or you will surely fail in life. That's what someone used to tell him when he was a child.
Alexander walked through the door of the inn but had to let his eyes adjust to the change of light before he could go any further than the doorway. He took a moment once his brownish-red orbs were used to the new lighting to look around. He felt uncomfortable in public and so turned the collar up on the black robes he was wearing in a somewhat failed attempt to hide some of his face. Even though the people who glanced up to see who came inside didn't seem to know who he was he still felt slightly awkward, like he was under the gaze of every single person in that building. That obviously wasn't true, it must have been his mind. His 'paranoia' as some liked to call it. Alex didn't care what those people said about him, he was just cautious, nothing more!
Under the dark robes he wore muggle clothing; a gray t-shirt and navy-blue jeans. The idiots at the ministry didn't know how muggles wore clothing but Alex had a pretty good idea of how it worked. Still it was somewhat amusing to see a wizard wandering the streets in a bathing suit and jeans with a cowboy hat on his head.
Alex moved across the room and sat himself at a small table made for two. The man kept his head and gaze pointed downward at the wooden surface, doing so hid part of his face behind the upturned collar. He didn't want to make eye contact with anyone; they might want to talk to him. He didn't want anyone to come over and realize who he was. Sure, he wasn't that well known but what if, by some off chance, someone who knew who he was and what he did for a living came over?
His brown hair was a little messy, as usual, and he wore an expression that was somewhere between stoic and a frown. His eyes, though his head was tilted downward, flickered from one part of the room to another just to be sure that no one was looking at him. He didn't see anyone gawking and so relaxed but only a little. He was only there to rest and to maybe get a drink before he went out again to run a few errands.
